What is Dark Circles:
Dark Circles are dark bernishes around the eye.Dark circles are caused due to lack of sleep ,allergy ,heredity ,etc.In certain cases dark circles are the blood vessels that can be seen through  the skin .The skin around the eyelids is very thin and when blood passes through the veins that are closer to eyes it forms bluish tint .If the skin is more transparent  than the circles are darker.

Cause of dark circles

We also know that dark circles are caused due to lack of sleep,allergy,heridity but apart from that there are many reasons which cause dark circles.The following are some of the reason for dark circles

Smokers who are exposed to UVA rays most often can be affected by  dark circles.

When there is swelling in eye, person will have itching sensation.

Continuous scratching of eye lid darkens the skin around the eye  .

When you are pregnant or you are having your monthly period, your skin will look pale; thus, your under eyes, even if they’re not that dark, will show.

Dark circle circles are even caused due to nasal congestion.
Treatments :

There are certain remedies to cure dark circles .They are as follows :

Cardio exercise increases blood circulation and may help the dark circles to disappear

Dark eye circles could be a sign of excessive loss of water from the body(dehydration)  hence intake of plenty of water  is a must .

Avoid drinking breverages .Instead of it drink tender coconut water .This will remove  the heat and make our body cool .

Always try to have a good sleep to avoid dark circles .While sleeping make insure that you sleep in dark place because if there is any disturbance you will lose your sleep.Hence it will cause dark circle under the eyes.

Try to apply moisturiser aroud the eye inorder to avoid dryness .You can apply coconut oil or baby oil around the eye before sleeping this will avoid the onset of dark circles .

Use cucumber and tea bags .This will keep your eyes cool and it will also increase blood circulation under eye area .

Avoid rubbing or scratching your eyes, which will cause the skin to become thicker and inflamed.

Since dark circles are caused due to some allergy hence try to eat fruits that have vitamin C.This will also increase our immunity.

Can use of cosmetics cause dark cirles ?

Eyeliner ,mascara and kajal is used to highlight the eyes .Before using these cosmetics we should make sure that it is a branded . Everyday before going to sleep make sure that you wash your eyes. Dont sleep with the stains of eyeliner because these stains will darker the eye portion. After washing your eye apply oil around the eye and then go to sleep .You can even apply rose water  this will avoid dark circles .
